Panties, bloomers, undies, skivvies, briefs, drawers….I don’t care what you call them.
I care that you break a sweat in them. Not the bed business kind, but the kind that involves push-ups, squats, burpees, jump rope, V-sits and anything else that gets your heart pumping.
Is your excuse to skip exercise that you don’t have time to change clothes or drive to a gym?
Does the thought of changing clothes when you only have 1 – 5 minutes turn you off from doing anything altogether?
Do you have every intention to exercise but you forget, and by the end of the day you are exhausted?
Girl, your new trigger is your underwear.
Who needs workout clothes when you can just put on a sports bra and exercise in your underwear in your living or bedroom? Unless I’m doing something outside, I roll out of bed and within 15 minutes am lifting weights, doing pull-ups or throwing down some burpees in my underwear.
I’m efficient with my laundry too 🙂
Is it ideal to get in 30+ minutes a day? Of course. But will a minute here and there make a difference as well? Hell yeah! Getting ready in the morning, do a set of push-ups when you’re in your underwear. It won’t make you sweaty to do one set, but it will make you stronger. One of my clients could only do eight. Once she started doing underwear push-ups, she was doing 15 in a month. At night before you change from work clothes to casual or jammies, bust out two minutes of squats and lunges.
Once you make your underwear your trigger to move and do something, anything, you have two movement opportunities that you didn’t have before. Two ways to make you stronger, stand taller and feel more confident.
I used to wear underwear. Now I wear Power Panties, and they are made to move.
